The Warwick Police Department is participating in No Shave November to honor the memory of Richmond police Sgt. Michael W. Lawing, who passed away on Oct. 20, 2024.
“No Shave November is a month-long initiative where Warwick officers and employees forgo shaving to raise awareness for important causes, and in this case, we are doing so to show solidarity with Sergeant Lawing's family and to keep his memory alive,” the Police Department said. “To take part from November 1 to November 30, officers and employees are asked to donate $50.”
All proceeds will be donated to his wife and children to help them in their time of need. (Photo by Warwick Police Department)
