The problem for many is that exercise isn’t always the most exciting activity, but solutions, such as Tai Chi and Zumba, can make it different and fun. These are just two of the number of fun exercise classes offered at the center.
Tuesdays, 10 to 11 a.m.Fee: $3Zumba workouts feature a series of back-to-back dance moves, and in addition to being really fun, they force your brain to think about what comes next.
The physical and mental benefits of Tai Chi include: improves balance, helps reduce falls, strengthens muscles in the legs and increases flexibility and stability in the ankles.
