2020 has been a rough year for everyone, but especially for small business owners and for those in the publishing world who are so dependent on their business for their survival.  This is as true as ever for local, “hometown” papers like the Johnston SunRise.  Yet despite these unusual times, when everything seems upside down and inside out, the team at this longtime weekly newspaper has been pressing forward, steadfastly telling the stories of Johnston’s citizens and business owners.

One of the people who is at the forefront of representing business owners ~ large and small ~ is Natalie Payette who joined the team at the SunRise in 2019. Natalie is a longtime resident of Johnston where she and her husband Greg have lived and supported its local businesses, tradesmen, and service providers for over thirty years. These businesses are not just potential advertisers for Natalie, they are her friends and neighbors. Natalie explains, “Because I know them, I really care about them.”

With COVID holding steady and the holiday season in full swing, there are still many of stories to be told, and many businesses struggling to remain open.  Natalie Payette is standing at the ready, available to get your business on people’s minds for 2021.

The Johnston SunRise is the perfect weekly newspaper with a large and far-reaching circulation. It can be found in various drops throughout the city and is free to its many readers. The primary goal of this popular hometown paper is to inform the city’s residents of all the happenings in its many neighborhoods and to direct them to merchants who provide the services and products they need.  The paper attracts an audience which spans every age, occupation, and socio-economic level. As a sales associate, it is Natalie’s job to help you showcase your business and to bring in new customers from this diverse population.

When you are ready to advertise in the SunRise, Natalie will walk you through every step of the process, explaining every available option from the smallest one column, 2” ad to a full-page ad ~ and everything in between (including this business spotlight page!) She will do everything she can to help you stretch your advertising dollars.  Natalie has learned in her years of work experience that the adage that says “you need to spend money to make money” is true and that a well-placed ad can give her clients much needed exposure . . . and more customers!

Natalie Payette can be easily reached via both email and cell phone.  Her email address is nataliep@rhodybeat.com, and her phone number is 401-486-1996.  She can also be reached at the office at 401-732-3100.
