Dimensional Variance under the Zoning Ordinance as follows:
The Petitioner is seeking Dimensional Variance. For a New Garage. 17 Jackson Ave. lot 16 plot 194 Zone R15  

Petitioner Jennifer Souza 1208 Atwood Ave Lot:44 Plot:332 Zone B1
Special Use Permit: Zoning Ordinance 340-75  Applicant currently uses property as a coffee shop.  Applicant wants to add liquor. The Table of Uses deems that serving of liquor in a B1 zone requires a special use permit.  There are no alterations being done to the building.
