Johnston Police start food drive for Operation Stand Down Rhode Island

With Thanksgiving fast approaching, the Johnston Police Department has started a food drive for Johnston’s own Operation Stand Down Rhode Island. Johnston Police are collecting canned and boxed food items at JPD headquarters to support our veterans in need, according to the department’s Facebook page. Any assistance is greatly appreciated, just stop into the front foyer to make a donation in the drop-off box.
