House of Hope CDC will launch their Giving Tuesday Campaign, Give 4 Hope on Tuesday, Nov. 30 with the goal of raising $24,000.

As the staff at House of Hope points out, “Giving Tuesday is not only about raising funds for those we serve, but about raising awareness about the significant problems we face in Rhode Island regarding homelessness and the lack of affordable housing.”

House of Hope CDC is planning a day of virtual and in person events such as the Flatbread Pizza Company fundraiser taking place that evening from 4:30 to 8:30 p.m. House of Hope CDC also invites you to their location in Warwick for some refreshments from noon to 2 p.m. Get a first hand look at the Pallet Shelter that will eventually be used for emergency temporary housing.

“We are excited to be a part of this global generosity movement known as Giving Tuesday. As the winter months approach, our team is seeing a record number of individuals sleeping unsheltered each night. We need your help now more than ever,” said Melissa Behm

Fund Development Manager.

House of Hope is striving to raise $24,000 in 24 hours in order to directly benefit all those it seres.
