Kerry Nardolillo, Warwick Director of Elections, became the first person to cast her ballot in Warwick as early voting in the Sept. 13 primary elections started yesterday at Warwick City Hall. Nardolillo used the new Vote Express machine with its touch screen. The machine prints a ballot with the voter’s selection that is then fed into the ballot box. Early voting is in the basement conference room in City Hall from 8:30 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. weekdays.
