It was a perfect night Saturday for a spooky Conimicut. Sponsored by the Woodbury Union Church Presbyterian and Conimicut Village Association along with help from Friends Way, the Riverview Association and Warwick Community Police, the event featured the display of locally carved pumpkins in Donovan Park, a scavenger hunt, story telling, a fortune teller and games for the trick or treaters who were rewarded with gifts and sweats. Susan Hay of the church has been a leader in organizing and staging the spooktacular every year. (Warwick Beacon photos)
