A new tea in town

Nicole Renzulli, City Wide City Councilperson, was on hand to cut the ribbon at the grand opening of Gong cha, which is an international beverage franchise specializing in freshly prepared bubble tea. Located at 40 Sockanosset Cross Road, Unit 120, Governor Dan McKee was also in attendance along with co-owners Kay and Nga Vuong and Hank and Tiffany Yan with their family, friends and employees. According to their website, “Gong cha” is a Chinese term for the act of offering the best tea to the Emperor. It represents teas and beverages of the highest and finest quality, fit for royalty. Today, Gong cha is dedicated to the same principal of providing premium products to its customers around the globe.
