Thankfully the Cops are on the ball in Warwick. More nuts driving drunk....it's awful.
As far as the catalytic converters go, I did see where the State has tried to make it more difficult to sell them but, IMO, they need to outright ban the sales of them to junk yards...period. Teh people who do this are a bunch of total losers....
