Claire Ferraro beloved wife Claire (Melucci) Ferraro, 90, of Cranston, formerly of Pine Hill Ave., Johnston, passed away October 8, 2008 at Philip Hulitar Inpatient Center in Providence. She was the beloved wife of the late Frank Ferraro Sr. Born in Providence, a daughter of the late Carlo and Maria Grace (Papitto) Melucci, she lived in Johnston for 57 years before moving to Cranston in 2005. She was the devoted mother of Frank Ferraro Jr. and his wife, Ann, of Johnston and Thomas P. Ferraro and his wife, Diana, of Warwick; loving grandmother of Maria Harrison, Michael Ferraro and Sophia Ferraro; loving great-grandmother of Carina Harrison; and dear sister of Vincent Melucci of Cranston and the late Alberto, William and Ralph Melucci. Her funeral was held Oct. 11 from Nardolillo Funeral Home, 1278 Park Ave., Cranston, followed by a Mass of Christian Burial in St. Ann's Church, 1493 Cranston St., Cranston.
