JOHNSTON ZONING BOARD SPECIAL MEETING AGENDA

Notice is here by given that the Zoning Board of Review will hold its monthly meeting on December 23, 2019 at 6:30 pm, at Johnston Senior Center, 1291 Hartford Avenue. All persons interested in the following proposals are requested to be present at this time. The assembly facilities are accessible to the handicapped. Persons requiring special accommodations shall call the Zoning Office at least 48 hours in advance of the meeting (401) 231-4000 ext 4117. File 2019-36 MCG Johnston, LLC/National Sign, Owner/Applicant; 2548 Hartford Avenue; AP 46 Lot 45 B-2 Zone, 1.36 Acres. Section 340 – Signs 340-43- Proposed Install Wall Sign and Ground Sign for tenant that exceeds code allowance.
File 2019-39 RJCA LLC, Owner/Applicant; 557 Killingly Street; AP 13 Lot 490 B-2 Zone, .96 Acres. Dimensional Variance- 340- Zoning Regulations- Proposal relief of the total percentage of plantings required in zoning section 340-27.2.
File 2019-40 Northeast Equity Partners/Michael McCool, Owner/Applicant; 1305 Hartford Avenue; AP 20 Lot 28 B-2 Zone, 19,874 Sq. Ft. Special Use Permit Section 340. Proposal of storage of non-flammable and non-explosive materials for landscaping business.
