Vendors, bakers wanted for the 30th annual Apple Festival

The Northern Rhode Island Chamber of Commerce is in the midst of planning the 30th Annual Apple Festival in Johnston. The Apple Festival is a weekend long celebration including food, entertainment, and fun. The Apple Festival will be located in Johnston Memorial Park, and will be held on Saturday, Sept. 16 from 10 a.m. to 6 p.m. and Sunday, Sept. 17 from 10 a.m. to 5 p.m. Admission for this Festival is free of charge, and will include fun for the whole family. Features of the Apple Festival include food, live music, arts and crafts, pony rides, face painting, apple pie baking contests, and numerous vendors to accommodate all ages.

The Northern Rhode Island Chamber of Commerce is now accepting applications for both vendors and apple pie bakers. If you would like an application or entry form, please email adimitri@nrichamber.com, or call (401)-334-1000.

The Northern Rhode Island Chamber of Commerce represents the interests of businesses in the communities of Burrillville, Central Falls, Cumberland, Glocester, Lincoln, North Smithfield, Pawtucket, Smithfield and Woonsocket.
