Teen Eclipse Celebration

Posted by mohrlibrary

Join us for the Celestial Event of the Century! On Monday, August 21st there will be an eclipse of the sun passing across the United States. A solar eclipse occurs when the moon completely covers the sun. While Rhode Island is not on the path of totality, we will be able to see a partial eclipse during the afternoon. Throughout the eclipse we will be celebrating with fun STEAM (Science, Technology, Engineering, Art, & Math) activities, projects & crafts. We will have drop in activities that you can do on your own throughout the day along with scheduled activities (registration required for scheduled activities.)

Contact Emilie our YA Librarian to register: Mohr.teen.librarian@gmail.com
