Madisyn Turcotte, a senior at Johnston High School, placed first runner-up in the Distinguished Young Women 2020 competition. Turcotte also received the Overall Interview Award and the Overall Scholastic Award during the event, which was held on Sunday, Jan. 26. Judging consisted of scholastics, interview, talent, fitness and self-expression.
