Join the RI Hospitality Association (RIHA) for a ServSafe® Food Safety Manager Full-Certification Training class on Tuesday, October 15th at the New England Institute of Technology’s Phillip G. Parsons Lecture Hall. This new, one-day course meets current Rhode Island Department of Health training requirements for food licenses. Topics addressed include:

* Cross contamination prevention
* Time and temperature controls
* Cleaning and sanitizing
