PB 18-33 Minor Subdivision – Preliminary Plan- Winsor Avenue - Plat 59 Lot 123- R-40 Zone-Applicant: Peter Delponte

A public meeting to review & approve a Preliminary Submission a minor subdivision; a proposed subdivision of AP 59 Lot 123 located on Winsor Avenue. Request to merge preliminary & final.

PB 18-29 Minor Subdivision – Preliminary Plan- Central Avenue - Plat 43/4 Lot 93- R-40 Zone-Applicant: William Baldwin

A public meeting to review & approve a Preliminary Submission a minor subdivision; a proposed subdivision of AP 43/4 Lot 93 located on Central Avenue. Request to merge preliminary & final.

PB’18-27 Major Subdivision Master Plan Review – Caerus Properties, LLC, Plainfield Street & School Street– Plat 3 Lot 346- Property Zoned B-2 Zone.

A Public Informational Meeting on a Master Plan Submission of Plainfield St/School St- Caerus Properties, LLC, a proposed subdivision of a 10,345 Square foot lot. With two existing dwellings. The purpose of the meeting is to review the presented plans, discuss phasing and any requested waivers, hear public comment and to give direction to the developer.

PB’18-24 Major Subdivision Master Plan Review –Shore Drive– Plat 62 Lot 49- Property Zoned R-40 Zone.

A Public Informational Meeting on a Master Plan Submission of Shore Drive- Chris Clark The purpose of the meeting is to review the presented plans, discuss phasing and any requested waivers, hear public comment and to give direction to the developer.

Advisory Opinion to the Town Council on the Release of bond for Cedar Grove Ct, AP 45, Lot 495.

Release of bond for road improvements.

Advisory Opinion to the Town Council on the Petition to re-record and easement of record for 65 Downing Drive, AP 7, Lot 40.

Town Council voted to refer 2018-CP-162 to the Planning Board for an advisory opinion.

Documents available for review 8am-3pm, Planning Office, 100 Irons Ave. Items not heard by 10:30 pm rescheduled for subsequent meeting. Facilities are handicap accessible. Interpreter services to be requested from TTD (401) 792-9642, 72 hours advance notice required.
