The regular meeting of the Johnston Planning Board is scheduled for 6:00 p.m. on Tuesday, March 5, 2019, at the Johnston Senior Center located at 1291 Hartford Avenue.

PB 18-26 Commercial Site Plan Review – 2630 Hartford Avenue – proposed Dollar General – AP 46 Lot 45 – B-2 Zone Applicant and Owner: Garrett Homes, LLC

Public Hearing closed - A public meeting to review the application, supplemental material requested by the Board and public comment to determine if the application meets the requirements of Section 340-27.1 of the zoning ordinance and if, in the opinion of the Board, the application meets these requirements to approve the proposed Dollar General Store.

PB’19-07 Major Subdivision Master Plan Review –41 Pine Hill Road– Plat 58 Lot 37- Property Zoned R-40 Zone.

A Public Informational Meeting on a Master Plan Submission of 41 Pine Hill Road. The purpose of the meeting is to review the presented plans, discuss phasing and any requested waivers, and to give direction to the developer.

PB 19-01 Advisory Opinion to the Town Council on a proposed Zone Change from R-20 to Planned District for 280-282 Simmonsville Avenue AP 25 Lot 5. Owner and Applicant Gary A. Balletto

A public meeting to review and advise the Town Council on the requested zone change and to complete a Master Plan review in accordance with Section 340-94 of the Zoning Ordinance.

PB 19-08 Advisory Opinion to the Town Council on a proposed Zone Change from R-15 to B-2 for 181 George Waterman Road Avenue AP 35 Lot 196. Owner/Applicant: NexGen Properties LLC/ Dennis Cicchitelli

A public meeting to review and advise the Town Council on the requested zone change.

PB 19-09 Advisory Opinion to the Town Council on a proposed street abandonment on portion of Normandy Street. Owner and Applicant Michelle Simone

A public meeting to review and advise the Town Council on the requested petition for street abandonment.

PB 18-18 Unified Development and PB 19-06 Residential Compound –possible amendments to the Land Development and Subdivision Regulations

Discussion of draft language and determination as to whether to schedule for a public hearing, .
