Picozzi joining Washington Trust branch in Johnston

The Washington Trust Company is pleased to announce that Joseph Picozzi has joined the bank’s mortgage department as a mortgage loan officer.

Working out of Washington Trust’s offices at the Johnston branch, he is responsible for developing and maintaining mortgage-lending relationships throughout the bank’s Rhode Island market area.

Picozzi joins Washington Trust with more than 20 years of lending experience. Most recently, he was a mortgage loan originator at North Pointe Bank in North Attleboro. Prior to his career at Northpointe Bank, Picozzi owned Evergreen Mortgage Advisors in Lincoln, where he worked as a mortgage broker. He is a former member of the Northern Rhode Island Chamber of Commerce and the BNI Business Builders. He and his wife, Doreen, reside in Lincoln.
