Montgomery, School of Rock ready to jam for veterans

The James Montgomery Band & The School of Rock Show Team join together on Friday, May 10 -- two days before James' milestone birthday -- at the Newport Lodge, in a benefit performance for the veterans group, Operation Stand Down Rhode Island.

OSDRI is an organization that helps veterans secure stable housing, employment and other needs like education and training services. James' band will feature David Hull (Joe Perry Project), George McCann (Blues Bros.), Marty Richards (formerly J. Geils Band) and A.C. Clark on saxophone performing high-energy blues/rock music, including new songs from their latest Album and crowd favorites from the past.

The School of Rock Show Team is made up of the Top performers from The School of Rock in Attleboro, Massachusetts, and North Providence performing classic rock hits. The level of talent these kids have will blow you away.

Tickets are limited, so order them early as the last show sold out well in advance. Tickets are $20 in advance and $25 at the door. VIP seats with high-top tables available at $30 per seat, and these will sell out rapidly so order now. Help celebrate James' birthday while helping Veterans.
