Master Gardener spring symposium set March 11


Thinking about spring? Get your early bird tickets for the URI Master Gardener Program Annual Spring Symposium, “Gardening Smart with Spectacular Results” to be held on Saturday, March 11 at the Center for Biotechnology and Life Sciences at URI, Kingston.

This delightful one-day symposium is designed for those who want to learn more about creating beautiful and sustainable outdoor gardens.

Keynote Speakers will be Claudia West who will speak on the “Wild and Neat: Native Plants that Bridge the Gap”; Kelly Orzel, who will address The Organic Kitchen Garden; and Tim Boland who will talk on Turning the Tide on Invasive Plants.
