Learning the law

On Friday, May 4, Ferri Middle School students participated in the 60th anniversary of Law Day and Rhode Island Independence Day.  Eighth-grade students learned first hand about the Separation of Powers: Framework for Freedom means and how it plays a role in their everyday lives. Students received an in-depth lesson on how the three branches of government affect society on a daily basis.
