All treats, no tricks

Chief Richard Tamburini and the men and women of the Johnston Police Department would like everyone to have a safe and happy Halloween.

The Johnston Police Department will be increasing patrols for the safety of young trick-or-treaters and arming officers with a lot of candy as they enforce “all treats and no tricks.”

So when you’re out trick-or-treating this year and you see a Johnston Police officer patrolling your neighborhood, make sure you trick-or-treat a cop for a guaranteed treat.
