GIRLS’ VOLLEYBALL ATHLETE OF THE YEAR: Gabriella DiRaimo

Sophomore outside hitter Gabriella DiRaimo is the Sun Rise’s Girls’ Volleyball Athlete of the Year.

The three-sport athlete played a key roll for the Panthers, who went 10-4 in Division III-North, during the fall.

DiRaimo was a valuable player at the net, and her serving ability was able to influence the outcome of a match.

She was a First Team All-Division III-North selection, and she will be back to lead the Panthers on the court for the next two seasons.
