Dubious vision of World and National Security

To the Editor:

With no thanks to Senators Reed and Whitehouse, the nomination of Mike Pompeo as our new Secretary of State was achieved by the wisdom of 57 senators who voted to approve. With outstanding credentials, Mike Pompeo is the perfect person for disentangling the damage done by his Obama-appointed predecessors, Hillary Clinton and John Kerry. 

As for Reed and Whitehouse, with their dubious vision of world and national security, I would ask, “How is the Iran Deal working out for you?”
