Butterflies in the sky

As part of their Memorial Day ceremony, the faculty, staff, and residents held a garden ceremony where several hundred colorful and beautiful butterflies were released as a tribute to those who have served. Curing the ceremony, the names of more than 125 veterans-who were listed to be remembered by residents and staff-were read aloud during the tribute, along with several poems and patriotic verses to mark the occasion. According to Marketing Director Loraine DiLorenzo, the event was a chance to celebrate the service and sacrifices of so many with beauty and elegance.
