Family and friends recently gathered in Thornton Elementary’s cafeteria for their annual Harvest Bingo. “This year was our biggest turnout,” said fifth-grade teacher Ms. Cerbo. The raffles were another highlight of the night, with first-grader Amelia Waterman (pictured left) and her mother, Melissa, winning the Thanksgiving basket.
