Viola E. (Nicolella) Desrosiers, 93, of Scituate Avenue Johnston, passed away at the home of her daughter, Claudette Susi, in Grovetown, Ga. She was the wife of the late Norman E. Desrosiers.

Born in Bristol, a daughter of the late Domenic and Maria (DiMezza) Nicolella. She was a jewelry worker and an accountant for Paramount Lines.

Besides her daughter and her husband, Larry, she is survived by her son, Norman Desrosiers and his wife, Rosemarie; a daughter-in-law, Barbara Desrosiers; seven grandchildren and six great-grandchildren. She was the mother of the late George Desrosiers and sister of the late Michael Nicolella, Angelina Fasano and Louise Prudente.

Her funeral will be held April 19 at 8 a.m. from Woodlawn Funeral Home, 600 Pontiac Ave., Cranston, followed by a Mass of Christian Burial at 9:30 a.m. in St. Robert Bellarmine Church, Atwood Ave., Johnston.
