Vendors and bakers wanted for 29th annual Apple Festival

The Northern Rhode Island Chamber of Commerce is in the midst of planning the 29th annual Apple Festival in Johnston, Rhode Island.

The Apple Festival is a weekend long celebration including food, entertainment, and fun. The Apple Festival will be located in Johnston Memorial Park, and will be held on Saturday, Sept. 17 and Sunday, Sept. 18 from 10 a.m. to 6 p.m.

Admission for this festival is free of charge, and will include fun for the whole family.

Features of the Apple Festival include food, live music, arts and crafts, pony rides, face painting, apple pie baking contests, and numerous vendors to accommodate all ages.
