Nine-year-old Michael Mousseau had a treat in mind for his elementary school on Halloween night. Dressed as Harry Potter, the Winsor Hill Elementary School student collected more than 150 non-perishable food items from his neighbors in Belknap Farm for the school food pantry. Philanthropist Alan Shawn Feinstein has already agreed to donate $1 for every canned good the school collects during the month of November, so Mousseau decided to give the drive a boost, notifying neighbors of his plan through a letter distributed the week before Halloween.
