Little Angels Academy on Central Avenue hosted a Christmas party last Thursday, which brought Santa Claus to the 19 students ages 3 through 5. Under the direction of owner Carolyn Ranaldi, Director Karen Esposito and Head Teacher Michelle Avella ran a toy collection drive with the students. Each pre-schooler brought in a toy for Santa to deliver to children affected by Hurricane Sandy.

“I think it helps them understand that it’s not just about getting presents themselves,” Esposito said. “They were really excited about it.”
