At the Mohr Library
Saturday drop-in: Crafts programs are held every Saturday and feature several self-directed projects for kids and parents to do together. Drop-in anytime between 11 a.m. and 3 p.m. Craft programs are not appropriate for children under 3 as small parts might present a hazard.
Storytime will resume on March 13 as follows:
Tuesdays 0 to 3 years old
Wednesdays 3 - 5 years old
Thursdays 2 and 3 years old
All Storytimes start at 10:30 a.m. No registration required.
Science Club for grades 2-5 will be held on the first Monday of the through the month of May. Hands-on experiments and exciting explorations.

Dance for a Cure
Dance for a Cure, a night of family fun to benefit the Leukemia & Lymphoma Society of RI, will be held April 28 from 6-8:30 p.m. at Pocasset Bay Manor, 12 Old Pocasset Lane, in the main dining hall. Join them for an evening of fun for all ages. Music will be playing courtesy of DJs Beyond Beats. Light appetizers and non-alcoholic beverages are included with your donation. Tickets cost $8 for adults, $4 for kids with a maximum donation of $28 per family. Tickets can be purchased in advance by contacting Lora LoPiccolo at 829-9148 or at the door. Kids must be accompanied by an adult.

Medieval Faire
The Mohr Library's Second Annual Medieval Faire (all ages) will be held May 5 from 10 a.m.-5 p.m. Attractions will include fighting demos, arts and crafts and medieval costuming by the members of the Society for Creative Anachronism. Also fun for all ages with activities like sword lessons, blacksmith demonstrations, kid's quests and a life-sized medieval game called Alquerques. They will have a Renaissance sword group called the Knights of Gore, who will perform a live steel sword demonstration.

Bermuda Cruise
The Blackstone Valley Travelers, a social travel group, are going on a seven-day cruise to Bermuda on June 1. The price for an inside cabin is $869 total per person including round-trip transportation to the pier in Boston. Third or fourth passenger in a room is $625 per person. Call Marion at 333-2039.
