Assunta Baldini

Assunta "Susie" (DiLullo) Baldini, 92, of Grandview Avenue, Johnston, passed away March 1, 2012 at home. She was the wife of the late Joseph D. Baldini.
Born in Johnston, she was a daughter of the late Bernardo and Lucia (D'Amico) DiLullo.
She was the mother of Beverly Herring of Ohio, Joseph Baldini of Scituate and Ronald Baldini of Connecticut; sister of Gemma Atkisson of Florida and the late Mary Pistocco, Elvira Bartlett, Ralph, Peter, Isadore, Nicholas and James DiLullo; grandmother of James, Richard, Ronald, Michael and Matthew Herring, Jeanne Wood, Tina Vittorioso and Richard Reo; and great-grandmother of eight.
A funeral was held March 5 from Nardolillo Funeral Home & Crematory, 1278 Park Ave., Cranston, followed by a Mass of Christian Burial in Holy Cross Church, 645 Hartford Ave., Johnston. Burial was in St. Ann's Cemetery, Cranston.
