Between RI Government's "4 P's" (Pi*s-Poor Prior Planning) approach to rolling out new processes and adults' tendency to not take care of their business in a timely manner and expectation that someone else "fix it" for them, this nightmare is what I anticipated months ago.
Kudos to AAA for helping bail out the DMV; unfortunately, if they're being compensated it is with taxpayer dollars, on top of the taxpayer dollars already spent on the inefficient and inept DMV...nothing like being punished for the same thing twice.
