Free education that isn't free but "taxpayer-paid" hurts the Governors score.

Taking away pensions that were promised in writing decades ago to employees who took less in their salaries because of it, hurts the Governors score.

I have met her and her husband and I find them likable but I can't endorse her decisions so far. Reduce pensions for the new employees but hold the retired employees in much higher regard. Rhode Island needs to keep our word. Breaking it hurts our image badly.

That's the way I see it.
